Delete your Era account

Era is a parent-managed children's reading app by Erasmus Labs. You can delete your account and all associated family data at any time.

Delete in the app (fastest)

  1. Open Era and go to the Settings tab.
  2. Open Account and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm — deletion happens immediately and removes all family data.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. Include enough information to identify the parent account; please don't send child, payment, or voice data by email.

What gets deleted

Account deletion removes your parent account, child profiles, recorded family voices and voice embeddings, generated narration, synced reading data, and generated-content records.

Retention

Deletion takes effect immediately in the app. Operational backups may retain data for up to 90 days before aging out through normal backup rotation. We may keep limited records where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
