Need help with Era? Contact [email protected] and include the parent account email when possible so we can find the right family account without asking for extra child information.

Account and subscription help

For sign-in issues, premium access, restore purchases, billing questions, or account deletion, email [email protected]. App Store and Google Play purchases are managed by the store account that made the purchase.

  • Include the parent account email, device type, app version, and a short description of what happened.
  • Do not send payment card numbers, access tokens, child full legal names, or unnecessary private family details.

Voice or generated audio issues

For voice recording, family voice generation, missing narration, alignment, or book audio problems, tell us the book title, language, child age variant if known, and whether the issue affects default narration or a family voice.

  • Do not email raw voice recordings unless support specifically asks for a safer upload path.
  • Parents can replace or delete family voices inside Era.

Privacy, data, or deletion requests

Parents and legal guardians can review, correct, export, or delete family data using in-app controls or by contacting support. The Privacy Policy explains what data Era collects and how requests are verified.

  • Use the in-app delete account flow for full account deletion when possible.
  • For other privacy requests, email from the parent account email and include the request type.

Response expectations

We aim to respond to support and privacy requests as quickly as possible. Privacy-law requests may require account verification before we change, export, or delete family data.
